JOB PURPOSE- The primary purpose of the Dispatch Coordinator is to manage and respond to all communication related to dispatch operations. This includes tackling emails, addressing inquiries, handling product-related questions, and resolving inquiries efficiently. The role ensures smooth dispatch operations by maintaining effective communication channels and providing exceptional customer service .
Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly, ensuring all dispatch-related queries and issues are addressed.
- Handle inquiries related to dispatch schedules, delivery statuses, and other logistical concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding product details, availability, and delivery times.- Address and resolve customer complaints related to dispatch and product issues, escalating to Manager when necessary.
Act as a liaise between the dispatch team, customers service, and other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and resolutions to ensure accountability and track recurring issues.
Candidate must possess a SPM or equivalent in any field.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
