Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsibility on Warehouse inventory In and Out.
  • Inventories check and update manager stock level for next placement. Report to Admin Team Lead for the stock replacement.
  • In charge of logistics in and out for incoming and outgoing shipment for pallet if necessary.
  • Stock planning and inventory update for alignment with the company marketing events.
  • In charge of customer return and handling SOP and resolve problems.
  • Packaging and Fulfilment of e-commerce parcel for online orders.
  • Drop off parcel to MBE branch.
  • Perform Stock Check and stock take monthly.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possessing a Diploma qualification in warehouse management and operation management would be advantages.
  • Demonstrated experience working in warehouse /administrative environment.
  • Good with communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident interpersonal skills with ability.
  • Prioritize, coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to commit to due date as required.
  • Independent and equip with strong problem skillsets.
  • Positive and results given.
  • Communication skillset.
