Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts and implement inventory optimization strategies.
Assist in developing and enforce efficient workflows and procedures by optimizing layout and storage spaces to maximize efficiency and enhance productivity.- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the logistics process, negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
