Job Responsibility
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for packing orders, handling customer orders from various social media platforms, maintaining the stores ratings, and ensuring accurate stock quantities. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment and contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Order Packing
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to the packing list.
- Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Handling Orders From Social Media Platforms
- Monitor and manage orders received through social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to process orders efficiently.
- Update order status and tracking information in the system and communicate with customers as needed.
Maintaining Store Ratings
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and maintain high store ratings.
Stock Quantity Awareness
- Regularly check and monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Report low stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Organize and label stock in the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
