Upload and update new products or variation into the shop and platform assigned with correct information needed- Ensure inventory is sync for new product or variation in all shops and platforms.
Inspect , verify and record returned parcels.
- Return and refund checking in all online shops established.
Record defect or packaging issue reported by customer.- Create and complete Return Order for product returned.
Update marketing initiative ; voucher, discount promotion and chat broadcast in all online shops established.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
