Job Description

Job Responsibility

Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Take customers orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Assist in food preparation and handling as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
Food handler's certification may be required, depending on local regulations.
