- Takes orders of food & beverage
Help customers to make order- Clears tables of utensils and to re-set table as specified by meal period.
Take reservation, greet and seat guests, present menus, take and process orders and assists the guest whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and food safety, appearance, wearing the appropriate uniform.
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
