Guest Service: Provide an outstanding dining experience by attending to guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
Service Delivery:
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, dietary restrictions, and beverage options, to answer guest inquiries confidently.Table Management: Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware, and ensure all areas are tidy and clean.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure seamless service and address any guest issues promptly.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.Billing:
Prepare and present bills accurately, handle payments, and ensure the correct processing of transactions.Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
