The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:
- Greeting customers and presenting menus
Taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen- Serving food and drinks to customers
Checking on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Processing payments and making change- Setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills for processing payments- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
