Job Responsibility

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, specials, and live seafood options.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Provide detailed information about our live seafood selections, including preparation methods and flavor profiles.
Ensure guests are comfortable and have a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive and proactive attitude.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
A cheerful and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of seafood and dining etiquette is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
