Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Escort patrons to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and promotions.- Take accurate and timely orders from customers.
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure proper communication.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures.- Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM1,800.00 per month
