VTS Trainee - ERP & Digital Workplace

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is eager to learn about our company through ERP Operations and digital transformation project delivery. You will be working closely with the team and involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current projects.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduate to be our VTS Protégé (Trainee) for Velesto Energy Berhad under Corporate Services Divison joining us as early in September 2024.

Job Responsibility:-

• To support ERP operation & project delivery
• Involve in project enhancement, multimedia video, newsletter, licence and UAM exercise
• Responsible for overseeing and assist managing ERP systems and project, providing assistance to users, maintaining ERP and Digital platform within an organization include configuring, and updating requirement, resolving functional and technical issues, and administering master data.
• Provide and arrange end user training
• To arrange training sessions and workshops
• Assisting with IT tasks and supporting end-users
• Contributing to ongoing IT operations

Minimum Requirements:-

• Fresh graduate with bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge about programming & multimedia would be an advantage
• Well versed in MS Office packages (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
• Malaysian
• Age 26 and below
