Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead Derivs global recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in talent acquisition with a thorough grasp of emerging recruitment trends and technologies. They should have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance recruiting teams. This role involves crafting and implementing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and departments. The leader should be able to manage and inspire the team effectively, streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
Your challenges
Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organisations goals, objectives, and values.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of the job markets and recruitment sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent acquisition priorities and strategies.
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Use data and analytics, like LinkedIn insights, to track recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and implementation of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to enhance the organisations reputation as an employer of choice.
Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI in talent acquisition and recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
What you have
15+ years of hands-on experience in a similar managerial role
Experience working in an organisation with offices across the globe
A bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques such as AI tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across levels
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment methodologies and techniques such as Topgrading
Excellent skills in oral and written English
