Requirements
Must haves for the role
University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
15+ years of hands-on experience working with global teams
Solid experience with HR practices in all stages of the employee life cycle
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making
Experience working with global employment laws and regulations
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
