Overview
The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing
concerns, and providing specific information based on the inquiries received via phone calls or emails/chats.
The CSS will be the primary contact for customers or clients of our project's client.
Qualifications
Education background:
Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in any field for foreign candidates.
At least SPM is required for local candidates.
Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
Must have JLPT N2 level of Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
