What is your mission

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and establishing rapport.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Managing and optimizing existing advertisement campaigns, including ad copy, bid prices, and keyword research.
  • Creating performance reports with recommendations for improvements and implementing new technologies for automation capabilities.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for

  • Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday - fully onsite)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
  • Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing

  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
