- Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. Picture this: you are not just a sales representative but a key member of the Bai Yin Qigong team. You will be the person our leads recognize, trust, and build relationships with, making it easier to guide them towards their wellness goals and for you to convert them into a sale. Your role is to be one of the main faces and voice of Bai Yin Qigong, creating lasting connections with clients and helping them embark on their journey to better health. This relationship-building is crucial for closing sales and driving the success of the programs.
Basic retainer compensation of RM4000- Commission of 5% for each product sale of SGD2000 and above
Commission of 10% for each sale below SGD2000

Webinar Management: Set up and facilitate engagement in webinars, manage Zoom rooms, and ensure seamless event execution.
- Participant Engagement: Hype up participants in the chat, provide real-time support, and maintain high energy levels.
Customer Support:
Maintain the main hotline and manage WhatsApp communications, delivering exceptional customer service.Sales Excellence:
Follow up on leads after webinars, execute email sequences, and close high-ticket deals with confidence and professionalism.Client Relations: Handle customer communications, manage refunds, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Upselling: Conduct upsell calls to program graduates, fostering long-term client relationships.
Backend Sales:
Manage sales processes and transitions to Bai Yin Qigong programs efficiently and effectively.Client First Point of Contact:
Be the go-to person for client inquiries and provide excellent service.
The selected candidate will work independently under a service agreement with FTI, similar to a freelance position. This is a retainer position with result driven incentive.
Flexibility of Timing:
Some days may require starting earlier or later and ending earlier or later.Sales Expertise:
Proven success in sales, have interest or experience in QiGong.Fitness/Wellness Background: Previous experience in a wellness role is highly desirable.
