Job Description
- Identify potential high-value players and develop strategies to attract and retain their patronage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value players
- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and personalised experiences to engage and retain high-value players and encourage repeat visits
- Work closely with the VIP department to address player concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless coordination in meeting guest requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain high-value players
- Generate regular reports on player activity, feedback, and player performance to assist in decision-making and future strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a casino host or junket host is highly recommended
- Significant experience in the casino, poker, gaming, or hotel industry in customer service role
- Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, takes initiative, and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese (Mandarin)with close attention to detail
- Event planning experience is a plus
