Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Capture professional videos of all company events, including training sessions, seminars, and other corporate activities.
  • Shoot professional videos of new agents and team group photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Edit and post-produce videos to ensure high quality and alignment with company standards.
  • Manage and maintain video shooting equipment.
  • Ensure all video footage is properly stored, organized, and easy to access for future use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and deliver content that meets marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technology to continuously improve video production quality.

Job Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing event coverage and portrait videos.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of video shooting techniques, lighting, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Film, Video Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in event coverage, portrait videos, and team group video production.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends in Malaysia.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Malay, Chinese) is an advantage.
