As a Video Editor in 2X, you will be developing variations of B2B digital marketing assets, campaigns materials, and more. You will collaborate with different team members in problem-solving, decision-making, and organization for campaigns, giving you an overall exposure to a comprehensive B2B marketing service.
Responsibilities:
- Visual Development & Animation: Create storyboards, conceptualize, develop all graphic visuals, and animate videos for client projects.
- Brand Integration: Ensure all designs comply with client guidelines and design standards.
- Innovation & Brainstorming: Brainstorm new ideas for various design and animation challenges.
- Research: Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing & data) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
- Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Deliverables:
- Provide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns.
- Video editing, asset design, motion graphics and 2D animated for video deliverables (brand video, explainer & product video, etc.), for website and social media to support the email marketing/digital campaign for the client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Art Design Creative Multimedia or equivalent, Cinematography/ Photography/Videography/ Visual Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in video editing & motion design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video work, including promotional videos, social media content, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator), or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of a video production workflow from pre to post-production to delivery.
- Strong sense of graphic design, compositions and animation.
- Creative mind and good storytelling skills.
- Ability to keep up with the latest trends in video marketing & motion design.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
