Looking for a challenging role in digital media Our client is expanding its team in South East Asia, and we're seeking a Media Technician to join . This position is all about ensuring the technical quality and compliance of commercials for broadcasters. Here's what you'll be doing:
Technical Operations: QC TV commercials, identify issues, offer solutions, and make compliance corrections.
- Ingest and Edit: Technical ingestion, editing, and preparation of advertising material for distribution to media outlets.
FTP Management:
Administer FTP, transcode files, and ensure digital file integrity.Compliance:
Ensure all content adheres to broadcasting standards.Digital Editing: Edit content for digital, social, and online platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
Client Liaison:
Proactively engage with clients for order processing and issue resolution.
Minimum 3 years of media operating experience, including ingesting, video editing, and production.- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
Strong understanding of broadcast and digital media formats.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with broadcast file formats like MXF and MOV.- Understanding of digital, social, and online formats (MP4, WebM, etc.).
Knowledge of audio standards and terminology.
- Expertise in transcoders and file creation techniques.
Understanding of containers, codecs, and encoding.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role is on-site, with shift rotations , including Sundays and scheduled public holidays.
