Strategy
The Strategy Division is the custodian of overall organisational strategy and Khazanah's progress towards its short-term and long-term goals. In a collaborative role, the Strategy Division ensures organisational alignment and continued enhancement in Khazanah's capacity, capabilities, and strategy to achieve its mandate.

Job Description
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the formulation and continuous development of long-term corporate strategy, annual business plans, and corporate KPI targets, ensuring alignment with Khazanah's mandate;
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders across functions to drive cohesive actions towards portfolio goals, enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Support and manage thematic research and monitor emerging trends, analysing their potential impact on Khazanah's investment and corporate strategies; and
- Synthesise insights to refine and adapt Khazanah's strategic planning, performance management, and reporting processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with market developments.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Provide support to advise internal stakeholders in the appropriate cascading of corporate KPIs and design of functional KPI's, ensuring alignment within the organisation; and
- Plan, organise and manage management reporting including investment performance, financial performance and non-financial performance
Project Management
- Manage strategic projects from the ideation stage through to execution, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines and milestones;
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes to steer project execution, ensuring a structured approach that drives alignment and accountability; and
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating timely decision-making, addressing roadblocks and ensuring successful project outcomes
Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support in the provision of strategic advice and facilitate discussion with senior management on long-term strategic priorities and arising issues;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within Khazanah to execute various projects and deliverables; and
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external parties including institutional investors, government, government agencies statutory bodies, vendors, and the business community.

- Coach and manage junior resources, fostering a collaborative , high-performing and engaged team environment;
- Lead by example in promoting culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning within the Division; and
