The Vice President of Service Delivery will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the delivery of services to the clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
- Develop and implement the overall service delivery strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the service delivery teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Proactively address client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Enterprise Sales & Market Development and Enterprise Solutions & Pre Sales and IT, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into service delivery strategies.
Develop and manage the service delivery budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and increase overall operational efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage talent effectively, building diverse teams, promoting growth and development of internal talent and planning for progression and succession and mentoring future leaders.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is typically required.
- Minimum of 10 years or more of experience in leadership positions within service delivery, operations, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing service delivery functions.- Strong understanding of service management frameworks and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
