Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and growth objectives.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve team sales targets.- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.- Ensure the company's brand message is consistent, compelling, and effectively communicated across all channels.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.- Oversee customer service initiatives to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Product Development and Pricing:
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market needs and customer preferences are incorporated into new property developments.- Develop pricing strategies that align with market demand and company objectives.
Reporting and Analytics:- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends for senior management.
