Job Description

The Vice President of Administration will be at the forefront of our global administrative operations within the HR department. This role demands a leader adept at creating and implementing policies and processes, bringing structural efficiency to daily operations, and dynamically leading the team towards operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be on streamlining administrative functions, overseeing budget management, and enhancing office engagement and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Operations Management:Lead the global administrative strategy and operations focusing on onsite employee engagement, travel desk and leave and facilities management.
  • Policy Development and Process Structuring:Develop robust administrative policies and procedures and ensure they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Budget and Stakeholder Management: Align budgetary planning and oversee the administrative costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency for company-wide expenses. Manage internal and external stakeholders including vendors and suppliers for various office/building management needs
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a team culture of excellence and innovation. Recruit, mentor and retain high caliber staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership to align administrative strategies with business goals. Regularly assess and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations.
  • Technology Integration:Utilize technology to improve process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What You Have

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR administration role, ideally at a global or multi-site level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technology implementation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience in budget management, policy formulation, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
