Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from recognized university and experience in Finance/ Information Technology/ Sales (Banking)/ Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Marketing.

Has experience in integrating people, processes and technology into a service delivery model, directing change management initiatives and complex projects.
Has excellent product development skills, particularly with technology-based solutions; problem-solving, ability to simplify complex issues, and focus on results.
Has strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build productive working relationships with diverse business functions is required.
Is self-motivated and able to manage within a matrix organization structure where collaboration is required.
