Job Responsibilities:The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
Coordinate and maximise the number of appointments, optimising the appointment with the veterinarians.
Keep the information updated about the services provided by the practice
Manage the system of booster and check-up reminders with clients. Perform necessary reminder to customers with medical or surgical appointments.
Register, maintain and keep client information constanstly updated
Replenish stationery and pantry refills on appropriate timing intervals.
Perform stock-check for stock replenishment and expiry alert.
Raise purchase order and stock reception.
Ensure all services and products are invoiced and payment is done accordingly.
Minimize and keep track the number of unpaid accounts, promptly reporting them to management and following up with clients
Be familiar with payment or claim from Pet Insurance
Prepare daily closing and ensure the amount is matching
Be attentive to pet owners who are waiting to be seen. Record and pass on messages
Keep the reception area neat, clean, well -ventilated and looking professional
Maintain a professional, empathy and respectful attitude, both in person at reception and virtually on phone or messaging
Record and pass on any complaints or feedback
Ensure no clients leave the practice without either a new appointment scheduled or an updated appointment physical or digital card
Provide accurate client education and product promotion.
Any ad hoc assigned by management

Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Able to handle pets with tender, love and care manner.
