Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (F&B)
Position Title: Van Sales Merchandiser
- Working Location: Islandwide
Working Hours:
- 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am 5.30 pm, Saturday half-day)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Drive a company van to various supermarket locations to sell and merchandise products.- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked on shelves and in promotional displays.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket managers and staff to secure prime product placement and promotional opportunities.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.- Execute in-store promotions and ensure promotional materials are correctly placed and maintained.
Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and merchandising activities. Provide reports to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
O-level / Nitec equivalent.
- Prior driving experience is preferred.
Possessed Class 3 driving license.
