Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, aligning with company values and goals.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes.
Oversee the talent acquiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection of qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding training and development programs to ensure new employees integrate into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
Develop and maintain a performance management system, including regular performance assessments, feedback, goal setting, and career development opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other additional benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment to maintain strong employee relations.
Monitor and report HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment timelines, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction to identify trends and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall goals of the company.
Effectively manage HR budgets and resources to optimize HR operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information and issues with discretion and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar leadership role.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS software and other HR-related systems.
