Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide onsite technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Degree or Diploma from Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience with SaaS ITSM Suite of tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical knowledge of workstation hardware, software applications, printers, iOS, smartphones, tabletand network-related services.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
