Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Sub Contractor company (Plaster Ceiling Works)

Position & Jobscope

  • Responsible for overall QS operation include taking of quantities, BQ, materials, tendering and costing.
  • Responsible for overall project contract administration and co-ordination.
  • Prepare cost forecast, budget and expenditure comparison.
  • Coordinate with site staff and to assist project manager in project-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Responsible and hard working.
