Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, answering their questions, recommending menu items and specials, and ensuring a positive experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently and enter them into the system.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, observing proper food handling and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
Assist with table setting, including laying out tablecloths, silverware, and glasses.
Perform opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning and organising the dining area, and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with the kitchen crew to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accurate billing.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, but not required.
