Utilize WhatsApp and other channels to gather contact information of lost users and add them back to the platform.
Initiate and maintain contact with users through various means, such as voice communication, daily chat, and game interaction, to enhance user activity and loyalty.
Daily maintenance and tracking of user interactions, guiding users to actively engage and consume on the platform, and collecting feedback on user needs.
Efficiently implement service policies and processes for users according to work requirement.
Job Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin is required for this position.
Candidate with sales / customer service experience will be an added advantage
Willing to commit on 5 days work (Monday Friday).
Working hours: 1pm 9pm
Strong social and communication skills.
Proficient in basic office software.
Familiarity with the local internet and entertainment industry market, especially in social media, live broadcasting, and other pan-entertainment products.
Strong business acumen, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals preferred.
