Key Responsible:
Responsible for the successful leadership and management of unitary department, overseeing sales for all unitary range of products and is directly responsible for the specific revenue targets.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Leading Unitary Sales in Malaysia market to achieve company strategic goals.
- Generate budgeted sales, manage mix, and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales.
Develop and build good working relationships within all levels of existing customers .- Expand new customer base in all areas.
Work closely with inside sales team to assure complete customer coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Know the competition, utilities, builders and dealers.
Develop contingency plans required for changing market conditions.- Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels.
Bachelors Degree or above (Mechanical Engineering)- 10+ years of sales experience in HVAC products or related industry with the same background.
Ability to foresee market trends and propose solutions; analyze industry dynamics with a view to developing practical strategies; anticipate emerging issues that have the potential to impact revenue and profit.
- Knowledge of Trane HVAC products and competitor products.
Demonstrated experience leading & supporting regional business initiatives.- Experience in driving aligned actions through groups that do not directly report to them.
Product management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.

Capable of working as a team player or independently .- Strong communication and Fluent English in Speaking and Writing.
Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter.
