Key Responsibilities- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring our platform meets and exceeds user expectations.
Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements, focusing on optimizing user flows and interactions.- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are translated into functional user interfaces, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
Design System Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform while accommodating flexibility for future scalability.
- User Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback and performance data into design iterations, continuously refining the user experience based on actual user interactions.
Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and cater to a diverse user base, promoting inclusivity across the platform.
2 - 3 years experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and/or mobile platforms.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate user needs and behaviors into effective design solutions.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a knack for turning insights into actionable design improvements.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling effective communication with the development team.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
