We are actively searching for talented designers to help us build a full suite of fintech products, including: mobile app, mini program, website, SaaS dashboard, etc.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the UI and UX design for global products
- Conduct competitor and user research to gain a deep understanding of market trends and user needs
- Translate complex business needs into user-friendly and easy to use workflows
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality and feasible design solutions that deliver a smooth and engaging end-to-end experience for users
- Iterate on solutions in a user-centric approach in order to continuously improve the user experience
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 3 years of experience in UIUX design
- Have a deep understanding of design guidelines and trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and design process
- Can individually take on a design requirement from the beginning to the end
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe creative suite, etc.
- Have a basic understanding of research tools and methodology such as journey map, user interview, survey, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design process and decision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
