Description

Primary Objective:

Manage the organization structure, strategy, budget, performance and personal for the Malaysia's 3rd Party IUTA (Institutional Unit Trust Advisors) business, for conventional and Islamic offering across Asset Management, to achieve the performance target.


Key Responsibilities:
. Plan effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve the IUTA KPIs in Unit Trust.
. Lead and manage a professional team of marketing officers, motivate them to achieve the KPIs.
. Manage on-going relationship with the IUTAs to foster excellent rapport.
. Conduct and participate in IUTA's product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats and tea talks to enhance business relationship.
. Ensure IUTAs are adequately served in terms of product knowledge & customer services & other activities to maximize sales.
. Work on comprehensive product development for the distributors to enhance product offering
. Gather and analyze market intelligence on market trend, competitors product and business strategies and other relevant market information, and develop viable strategies to stay competitive in the IUTA Business space.
. Explore new business opportunities to expand IUTA Business across the country.
. Monitor and update management on performance progress.
. Develop strong and competent distribution teams in the country covering IUTA Business.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Business / Banking / Marketing or equivalent..

. Minimum 7 years working experience with the relevant exposures in the financial services industry.
. At least 3 years experience in leading teams and accountable for the performance and results of the teams.
. Analytical and problem solving skills.
. Self motivated and result oriented.
. Ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
. Good understanding, knowledge and experience of the Asset Management industry.
. Presentation skills

. Networking skills
. Leadership skills
