Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Host live streams on TikTok, interacting with viewers through comments, questions, and challenges.
  • Create engaging and entertaining content for live broadcasts, including games, challenges, Q&A sessions, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop ideas for live streams that align with the company's brand and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and features to incorporate into live streams and keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Promote upcoming live streams and engage with the TikTok community to build excitement and anticipation.
  • Monitor and respond to audience feedback during live streams, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
  • Work closely with the moderation team to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere in the live chat.
  • Analyze performance metrics and audience engagement data to optimize future live streams and improve content strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Can Speak in English and Mandarin
  • Proven experience as a TikTok creator, live streamer, or social media influencer with a strong presence on the platform.
  • Excellent on-camera presence and ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and entertain viewers.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative content ideas and concepts.
  • Knowledge of TikTok's platform features, trends, and community culture.
  • Familiarity with live streaming tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for creating compelling and entertaining content that resonates with TikTok users.
