Teaching all areas of the designed curriculum as assigned by school management, the subjects include Mandarin, Malay, English, Mathematics and/or Science.
Able to work in a team and independently including but not limited to school events which may take place at weekend or in the evening.
Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
Planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
Motivating students with enthusiastic and creative methods.
Preparing and marking students homework to facilitate positive students development.
Providing feedback to parents and/or caregivers on a student's progress at meeting (prompt feedback shall be provided for urgent issues).
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the course structure.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma or above or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic language proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English in terms of communication, writing, and comprehension skills
Active listening towards students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
