Develop and maintain positive relationships with children Aged 2 months to 4 years, and foster open communication with parents.
Plan and deliver Age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities that support children's development.
Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a nurturing, safe, and supportive learning environment for all children.
Monitor children's behavior, health, and development, and promptly report any concerns or issues to management and parents.
Manage daily routines, including free play, structured lessons, meals, bathroom needs, and rest times, ensuring a smooth and supportive classroom experience.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children Aged 2 months to 4 years in a childcare or early learning setting.
Childcare Skills: Strong ability to manage classroom routines, including feeding, changing, and monitoring childrens activities, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both children and parents, providing regular updates on child development and addressing any concerns.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
Creativity & Initiative: Ability to plan and execute fun, educational activities that align with the developmental needs of children.
Observation & Reporting: Strong observational skills to identify and report any developmental, behavioral, or health issues to management and parents in a timely manner.
Patience & Compassion: A nurturing personality with the patience and empathy necessary to care for young children.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to the needs of infants and toddlers, providing individualized attention as necessary.
