Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Thailand colleagues and prepare documents for signature.
Liaise with the finance department regarding Fixed Deposit (FD) placements.- Prepare and manage payments for Labuan entities.
Perform bank reconciliations for Labuan entities.
- Handle general administrative tasks and support finance-related activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or other related discipline
Experience in finance or banking operations is preferred but not required.- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic administrative and financial software.
