Responsible for managing the Group's Treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, optimising use of capital and mitigating financial risks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management operations inclusing cash positioning, forecasting and reporting.
- Optimise cash flow by managing Group's cash and liquidity position. Develop and maintain cash management policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate and maintain banking services, credit facilities and other financial products.
- Monitoring the availability, drawdown and repayment of bank borrowings and financial cost;
- Reviewing financing terms and loan documents;
- Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio and optimize income/return from short term investment;
- Assist in the fundraising exercises;
- Manage the Group's debt portfolio including short term, and long term borrowings.
- Support the development of financial forecasts, budget and strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirement.
- Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Economics or other related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Group Treasury function
- Able to mange relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, bank products and services.
- Good analytical skills.
- A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff .
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office applications.
- Problem solving skills and resourceful.
