OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE
You will join the company's centralised treasury function, looking to assist the Head of Treasury in all day-to-day operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage liquidity of the company by processing daily cash position, getting the balances of accounts, fund the necessary disbursement requirements and execute funds transfers.
Responsible for carrying out the cash management and treasury responsibilities by providing adequate analysis of cash flows (cash flow forecasting) to ensure the liquidity of the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Oversee the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling the activities of treasury operations.
Facilitate prompt opening and closing of bank accounts and preparation of documents and other requirements and secure the most cost-effective rate for bank charges and expenses.
Ensure all the customer refunds are processed daily in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Manage the refund process and internal controls.
Review and improve the cash management process.
EEA/UK/APAC safeguarding reconciliation.
Ensure settlement process is completed with third party and third-party reconciliations.
Ad-hoc finance related requests.
