Job Description- Responsible for the English translation of the daily operation of the factory, organize and archive relevant Mandarin and English materials; assist the factory in daily management and department coordination.
Translate between Mandarin and English of customer emails, assist other departments to complete the required Mandarin and English translation work, and ensure the quality of translation.- Ensures high quality and relevancy of translations - Translation is clear, concise, and free of typographical errors.
Follow up with internal team members or support members to ensure translation meets their needs
- Timely submissions of translations Translations are submitted on time, as scheduled.
Communicate between Malaysia and Production/ developer team in China.- To carry out any other duties as and when directed by supervisor.
Candidate must possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.- Working experience in manufacturing is highly desired.
Confident working alongside at all levels with HQ team, superior and internal parties.
- Initiative with minimal supervision and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Contributes to the excellent reputation through professional, friendly, and respectful interactions internally and externally.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English and Mandarin (as need to communicate with mandarin speaking superiors)
