Job Summary: To design, develop and update training programs and materials to meet the Companys needs and to ensure employees are adequately trained.
To facilitate training/workshops session for all employees.
To collaborate with department heads to identify training needs across different departments and develop strategies to address them.
To maintain/implement methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training and continually improve the programs where necessary.
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and Company policies.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improve employee competency to perform their jobs effectively with high standards of delivery.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of related training experience, particularly in hospitality/Mice industry.
HRD Corp accredited certification will be an added advantage.
Affluent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
Strong organizational, understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Possess knowledge of learning management systems and managerial/leadership development.
