Key Responsibilities

1. Training Needs Assessment

  • Conduct assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

2. Program Design and Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on leadership, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage both in-person and virtual training sessions.

3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring it reflects current courses and accurately tracks employee progress.
  • Provide LMS support to employees and resolve technical issues as they arise.

4. Training Evaluation and Improvement

  • Develop metrics to assess training program effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather participant feedback and refine programs based on insights.

5. Budgeting and Resource Allocation

  • Oversee the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor selection.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to deliver specialized training as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field; certification in training and development (CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in training management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, preferred location in Singapore or Malaysia.
