  • Job Scope:
Progress Monitoring: Track and analyze progress and reports from training sessions, ensuring effective follow-up on outcomes.
  • Social Media Management: Update and manage social media platforms to promote upcoming training sessions and share results.
Communication: Ensure timely notifications about training sessions are sent to all agents, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
Training Material Development: Create and update training materials and programs based on organizational needs and employee feedback.Course Research: Identify and explore various training courses to offer to agents, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Session Coordination: Organize online training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
Event Preparation: Prepare for training sessions, including arranging certificates, name tags, venues, and other necessary materials.

  • Skills Required:


Technical Proficiency: Good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.Proactive Engagement: Actively participate in various training courses and initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
