Job Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update the training matrix for all crew members and subcontractors.
Ensure that all mandatory training is completed in accordance with client requirements anDevd industry standards.- Coordinate training schedules with training providers, crews, HR, and project managers.
Ensure that all personnel complete required training before mobilization.
- Regularly audit training records to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Provide reports on training status and compliance levels to management and clients.- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to communicate training needs and status.
Address any training-related issues or concerns promptly to avoid delays in mobilization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all personnel.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to clients and regulatory bodies.- Identify and implement improvements in training processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Stay updated on industry training requirements and best practices.
Bachelors degree in preferred field, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably within the offshore or oil and gas industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.- Knowledge of industry-specific training and certification requirements.
Office-based with potential travel to training sites or offshore locations.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
