Assist supervisors in making training plans and collection and assessment of training needs of different departments training and follow-up on feedback after training.
Responsible for contacting training institutes to arrange for external training.
Evaluate training performance and provide training evaluation reports.
Provide Flash Home training information, collect training reports and summarize the report.
Responsible for updating teaching materials to ensure that all materials are the latest version.
Maintain a good relationship with agent, assist and solve problems.
Timely report the problems encountered in the work and provide suggestions.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English and Bahasa, with a preference for Mandarin proficiency.
Possess 2 years of experience in the training industry.
Minimum of SPM or Diploma in any related field.
Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering training for both internal and external procedures.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with strong affinity and listening skills.
