Roles & Responsibilities:- Employee Engagement: To plan and participate in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities to enhance teamwork. To promote productive working environment by ensuring absenteesim and attrition rate are kept to a minimum.
- Training and development: To identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company and ensure training programs are executed as per plan.
- Disciplinary Management: Handle disciplinary issues, resolving employee's grievance, counselling employees to ensure employees are in line with the company culture and value.
Hostel Management
: To source new hostels upon arrival of foreign workers and ensure 5s and discipline in the hostel are maintained all the time.
. To manage the entire process of Expatriate Management application.
- Transportation & Uniform Management: Responsible for transportation and Employee uniform.
- HR Audit. To ensure compliance of ISO, Customer and RBA audits.
Handling insurance related issues and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
Degree in Business or HRM with 4-5 years working experience. Candidate with 5-7 years will be considered for Senior Executive role.
- A team player and able to work under pressure.
Able to work at Georgetown.
